Heavenly Father,
We thank You for this month of May, a time of beauty, growth, and grace.
Thank You for the gift of Mary, whose faith and obedience continue to inspire us.

Lord Jesus,
Help us to follow Your will with trust and humility.
Teach us to love as You love and to serve with joyful hearts.

Bless all mothers and those who care for others with compassion and strength.
May Your peace fill every home and Your love guide every heart.

Holy Spirit,
Help us to grow in faith this month and always.

We pray this in Jesus’ name,

“Devotional Reflection — “A Month of Grace and Motherly Love”

      As we enter the beautiful month of May, the Church honors a special devotion—this is the Month of Mary, a time set aside to reflect on the love, humility, and obedience of the Blessed Virgin Mary.  Mary’s life is a powerful example of saying “yes” to God, even when the path is uncertain. Her faith, her strength, and her trust remind us that God can do great things through a willing heart. In honoring Mary, we are drawn closer to her Son, Jesus Christ. May is also a time when we celebrate Mother’s Day, giving thanks for the mothers and mother figures who nurture, guide, and love us unconditionally. Their care reflects God’s compassion and grace in our daily lives. As flowers bloom and the beauty of spring surrounds us, May reminds us of spiritual growth. Just as the earth is renewed, God calls us to grow deeper in faith, stronger in love, and richer in His grace.  So this month, let us walk in humility, trust in God’s plan, and allow His love to blossom in our hearts—just as it did in Mary’s life.
